Johannah Marie’s artistic style is that of an American Modern Artist, defined by my choice of iconic images and form which represents our American history speciafically. I consider myself a Colorist playing with the psychological impact of color choices upon the viewer. As expressionist, I like to assemble my form and push the use of color beyond reality. I am a painter by nature, who loves to plays in mixed media at times. My creativity is diversified and sometimes undefined as I venture into my own style of Expressionism.
Since 1985 I have run a small company called The Art Zone by Johannah Marie, and it basically began as a way showcase for my fine artwork online & in printed advertising concepts. It evolved over the years into a small home-based design studio mostly directed toward small business & individuals needing affordable advertising & promotional material. Today, TAZ Design Studios has become the diversified art business by Johannah Marie Contemporary Artist and acting production artist.
